When you give a HejU voucher, you give a few quiet days in Lübeck or on Lübeck Bay. Move in, shoes off, arrive. The rest follows on its own.
01·How it works
Three simple rules
Any full amount
Pick an amount that fits your occasion. No fixed tiers, no round numbers you don't want. If you want to give 137 euros, you give 137 euros.
Four years of time
Every voucher is valid for four years from the date of issue. Plenty of time to find the right moment and plan without pressure. No expiring remainders, no rush.
For all apartments
Redeemable in any of our apartments in Lübeck and on Lübeck Bay, whether a single apartment or a multi-property house. Whoever receives the voucher chooses where and when.
02·What you get
No paper, no fiddling with envelopes.
You receive the voucher as a PDF by email. With a clear code, a design that matches the brand, and space for your personal dedication. You can print it, but you don't have to. Forwarding via WhatsApp or email is enough.
Whoever redeems the voucher enters the code when booking. The amount is automatically deducted from the total price. If the voucher is worth more than the booking, the remainder stays valid and can be redeemed later. If it's less, the guest pays the difference.
03·The fine print
Nothing surprising.
A voucher is valid for four years from the date of issue. It is freely transferable, you can give it to whoever you like. Cash payout is not possible.
The voucher is valid for all our apartments in Lübeck and on Lübeck Bay. It can be combined with regular bookings and redeemed in stages. No remaining balance expires as long as the voucher is still valid.

The purchase flow is being built.
We're building the voucher purchase directly into the booking software that's currently being finished. Until then, you can buy a voucher from us directly. Write to us with your desired amount and we'll send you the voucher by email within a day, plus an invoice.
